This is a super cute mini skirt I made with pink hearts on light pink stretch cotton! I hand silkscreened this fabric, so you will not find it anywhere else. It has 3 layers of mesh ruffles with crinoline underneath each one to make them extra puffy! The top ruffle has a pink and white lace ruffle to finish it off. This mini skirt has a picot elastic waist, and a big white bow!

I stress that this is a MINI skirt, lots of bum shows in the back side. This is lingerie, not outerwear. If you would like a custom order, I can add one ruffle and make it about 3 inches longer. It will still be pretty short! Please specify length if you are picky. :)
